This paper examines the spread of bilateral tendencies under the Common Trade Policy of the European Union. Realistic points are significant trading regime trends. The choices made by representatives of countries participating in the World Trade Organization are significantly influenced by a variety of lobbies, including trade unions and organisations representing food producers (WTO). Agriculture-related issues have sparked the largest disputes between the United States and the European Union during the Doha Round. The primary goal of the study job is to provide a thorough analysis of how bilateral tendencies have spread under the European Union's Common Trade Policy. Both quantitative and qualitative research techniques were used to find solutions to the challenges that were investigated. It is important to stress the significance of understanding the theoretical trade policy alternatives of liberalisation and protectionism. The fast expansion of bilateral and multilateral North-South Free Trade Areas (FTAs) raises the question of why some forums are favoured over others despite the obvious advantages of the multilateral WTO platform for trade liberalisation.
