Objectives: The purpose of this chapter is to help you better understand
various staging systems.
Discussion: Several
classification systems have been proposed over the years, including Borrman's
classification from 1926, Japanese classification, Morson and Dowson
classification, Goseki classification, Ming's classification, Lauren's
classification, Histological classification, TNM classification, and so on. This
chapter delves into all of these classifications and their key characteristics
in order to better comprehend them.
