Determining the Correlation between Air Conditioner Distributors and Dealers in Kannur District, India| Chapter 9 | Innovations in Science and Technology Vol. 6

This research attempted to identify the characteristics that influence dealers' relationships with one specific distributor, but it may potentially be applied to other distributors to obtain a more comprehensive picture of the relationship. The research is carried out by conducting a survey and collecting data from 30 out of 124 dealers in the Kannur district of Kerala, India. A direct interview with 500 clients is used to perform the survey. The authors of this project are studying a number of aspects related to the roles of the services provided by distributors to dealers. The dealer relationship is a variable that varies depending on factors that have a direct impact on distributors. Consumer perceptions of the commodity that the merchant distributes through various services will undoubtedly be influenced by their perceptions of the dealer's trading behaviour. To capture the market, the distributor must focus on direct selling, online dealership, and improved consumer sales promotional efforts that are suited to the needs of the market. The project assists Distributors in studying the market and supply chain from both the Dealer and Customer's perspectives, thereby collecting critical variables for revamping the supply chain's structure and rules.
