A batch arrival multi-stage retrial queue is explored in a fuzzy environment. This approach can be used in a variety of client-server environments. A web server, often known as an HTTP server, is one such application. For this application, an appropriate queueing model is constructed and analysed using fuzzy numbers for the arrival rate, service rate, and vacation rate. The system characteristics' membership functions are developed. A fuzzy retrial queue is transformed into a family of standard crisp retrial queues using the alpha cut method. The Zadeh extension principle is used to examine the HTTP server's average request processing time. To demonstrate the validity of the proposed approach, a numerical example is provided.
