A Clinical Series of Rare Gynaecological Malignancies- An Overview| Chapter 4| Current Approaches in Science and Technology Research Vol. 13

 This chapter of the book discusses rare gynaecological cancers. 1) Angiomyofibroblastoma (AMF) is a rare, benign soft-tissue tumour that primarily affects the vulvovaginal region of middle-aged women. In the clinic, it's crucial to identify an AMF from other stromal cell lesions. The example of a 35-year-old woman diagnosed with an uncommon, massive pelvic AMF with a benign clinical history is presented. 2)Pediatric ovarian adenocarcinoma; Adenocarcinomas (surface epithelial stromal tumours) account for 80 percent to 90 percent of adult ovarian neoplasms, but only 7% of paediatric ovarian neoplasms. cancerous tumours in children Here is an instance of ovarian adenocarcinoma in a 14-year-old female. 3) A case of uterine PECOMA in a 45-year-old lady is presented. PECOMA (Perivascular epitheloid cell tumour) is a rare mesenchymal tumour.
