This phase explores the freedom and challenges of women partnership in Somalia politics. Global enlightening and religious trends are doing post-war Somalia, Somaliland and Puntland. In this complex socio-cultural countryside, the international WPS timetable can support – but also risk delegitimizing – Somali processes and views. This study employed a explanatory research method of basic and secondary data accumulation using Likert scale organized questionnaire. This study presented the overall findings of the interviewees as well the most suitable and supportive literatures, to a degree recent reports, papers, items, and the constitutions of both the allied government of Somalia and State of Puntland, that influence the basic rights of the citizenries to a degree the right to vote, the right to hold public office, the right to live and switch freely in any contained the state's territory, and the right to equal care under the law.At local, state, and general levels, women in campaigning are expected to set an instance for other mothers by pushing for the acceptance of legal frameworks and the inclusion of affirmative action into all existent political bodies and governmental regulation to ensure equal approach and full partnership in politics and decision-making.
