This member shows that surgery can reverse chastity induced by CP and climax the need for an interdisciplinary approach to correction concerning this anomaly. Concealed phallus (CP) is a developmental oddity in which the sane sized phallus of penis is secret in the prepubertal skin of the abdomen, femur or scrotum. A thirty-one-old age male patient had a surgical release of his engrossed penis by two surgeons in 2019 in a private hospital. The dossier including record, physical examination and preoperative review findings, the sleep, operative technique and medical checkup outcome containing the patient’s attitude towards interest in monkey business were analyzed and the results bestowed and discussed. A 10 cm length of phallus and a hundred percent (100%) take of coating of split skin graft used to resurface the stripped penis were worked out using combined sleep-inducer and epidural anesthesia. The patient, welcome mother and the surgeons were gratified with the effect. Consequently, he resolved to marry a companion after all. Initial judgment on follow-up disclosed good cosmetic consequence and fairly satisfactory building function and improved character. His interest in he- terosexual activity was reawakened. Concealed phallus can now be believed as a known cause of sexual insensitivity in men and can bring about celibacy and surgical discipline can reverse the celibate state.
