Preoperative Education and Its Impact on Short-term Postoperative Outcomes in Hysterectomy| Chapter 7 | Current Progress in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 1

 The intellect requires neverending oxygenation and nourishment. It requies high  oxygen motionless almost individual fifth of the body’s total oxygen requirement. It is still very sensitive to oxygen and container death can occure within notes of meeting due to blood deficiency. The blood supply of brain is came from the internal carotid  channels and the vertebral arteries. The vertebrobasilar system is made by two vertebral arteries and individual basilar artery. Both the vertebral arteries usually arise from the subclavian channels and variations in the inception of vessels is important for all demonstrative and surgical procedures in the head and narrow connector region. During our routine dissection on 70 age old gave embalmed male cadaver, we observed different origin of the abandoned vertebral artery from the Arch of Aorta. No other befriended congenital anomaly was noticed. The photographs of the unusual origin of the vertebral channel were taken for correct documentation. This unusual separate pattern of the arch of aorta is of great meaning for clinicians and mainly surgeons operating on the neck and thoracic domain.
