This division assess knowledge and practice of up-to-date contraception in land distant from settled area of district Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. The acceptance of diaphragm methods changes within societies and more among various castes and religious groups. The factors trustworthy operate at the individual, classification and community level with their ancestries in the socio-economic and educational milieu of Indian society. An main indicator for threatening maternal and neonatal morbidity and humanness is family planning knowledge and proper contraceptive use. It is important for promoting the generative health of women in underdeveloped countries. This was a community located cross-sectional study conducted on 458 carelessly selected fit couples in a rural area of Bareilly.A pre- structured inquiry was used to collect facts about knowledge of family planning means, source of information and current practices along with reasons of nonuse of pregnancy prevention. Present study showed that main beginning of knowledge of contraceptive between study participant was energy worker i.e. 90.83%, trailed by mass media 75.33%, attended by doctors in multiple response answers. The appropriate mathematical analysis was accomplished to present the results.It was observed that 48.03% eligible couples had selected one or the added modern contraceptive measure. Female sterility was the most prevalent method used.Women accompanying less education need continuous instruction and frequent communication about the meaning of contraception. The results concerning this study will aid in the creation of programmes that will enhance information and services while threatening negative effects and unintended pregnancies.
