A total of 423 out of 475 eligible players successfully submitted their reactions and were included in the study which included younger resident doctors (55.70%), senior resident doctors (19.60%) and suckling staff (24.60%). The Mean total information score was 4.169 ± 1.006 with an overall correct response rate of 75.8%. The result of gratuity paid ANOVA indicated that there is meaningful difference in the mean total information score according to designation (F=6602, p<.01) accompanying improved knowledge score visualized in HCW with higher delegation. Frontline HCW are at increased risk of achieving nosocomial infection in hospital backgrounds as seen in outbreaks of transmissible catching diseases earlier. More than one-fifth (21%) of sufferers who acquired harsh acute respiring syndrome (SARS) which arose in 2002 were HCW. Majority of HCW had positive attitude and appropriate practices concerning the use of PPE. Appropriate utilization of PPE is intensely crucial to prevent broadcast of infection to health care traders and other cases.
