Discussion is held over the causes of arteriosclerosis, which leads to coronary heart disease. It seems ludicrous to explain arteriosclerosis's causes simply on the basis of morphological considerations at the molecular level. The structural importance of cholesterol in the human body cannot be overstated. It is regulated by the human body. Statin therapy must be rethought upon as a treatment choice once long-term statin medication observations reveal negative effects. Arteriosclerosis is brought on by a persistent ischemia state in the arterial artery wall. External perturbations that persist over time, such elevated blood pressure, might impair flow and thus bring about alterations in metabolism.
