The current study emphasises structural analysis, thermal analysis from TG thermogram to determine activation energy, and the impact of p- substituted groups on dielectric constant/loss. From p-substituted phenol with Methylene Bridge, such as -Cl, -COOH, -NO2, etc., a novel approach is employed to create new linear polymers, which have been studied by IR, NMR, and TGA methods. Calculate thermal degradation at various temperatures with respect to mass loss. We have researched the structural analysis using TGA with regard to mass loss at various temperatures in relation to thermal stability and mass loss. These polymers had a low percentage of unreachable methylene groups and a high molecular weight. These samples of polymers were perfectly characterised by the TGA technique.
