Product makers could be able to automate processes and save
money on labour by using the Internet of Things. It also reduces waste and
enhances service delivery by lowering production and distribution costs and
increasing transparency in product purchasing and sale. A stepper motor control
system built on the Internet of Things is designed and implemented in detail.
With the development of digital control systems, stepper motors have become
more desirable for use in robotics and computer numerical control machines,
where they must carry out high-precision positioning tasks without the aid of a
feedback sensor. The objective of this project is to leverage the Internet of
Things to control actuators like stepper motors using a WiFi integrated
microcontroller called NodeMcu.
