The major goal of the current study was to determine the factors that contribute to low overall QoL and its four components—symptoms, daily activity restrictions, emotional difficulties, and environmental stimuli exposure—in clinically confirmed asthmatics. Asthma is a chronic condition that can cause physical, emotional, and social problems for sufferers, which has a significant influence on their quality of life. Therefore, it is crucial to evaluate the quality of life (QoL) of asthmatic patients in order to support them in maintaining illness management. 93 adult asthma patients, both atopic and non-atopic, between the ages of 14 and 71 who had received treatment for their ailment participated in a cross-sectional survey that was used to gather the data for the current study. The Juniper Mini-AQLQ (1999) was used to evaluate asthma-related quality of life, while the Asthma Control Questionnaire (ACQ) was used to measure asthma control. The differences between mean values were evaluated using either the student's t-test or the ANOVA test. To determine the relationship between asthma management and quality of life, parametric Pearson correlations were used. The pollens may intensify and last for a long time, but home dust mite allergens only linger in the air in low levels when turbulence is formed, lowering the total quantity of allergen inhaled. These findings may be connected to varying allergen levels and duration in the environment.
