The glenohumeral joint tuberculosis Caries sicca is discussed in the current case report. India has a high prevalence of TB. When diagnosing and treating Caries Sicca patients, shoulder TB should be taken into consideration, despite its rarity among skeletal tuberculosis. A twenty-year-old lady reported having right shoulder non-traumatic discomfort and significant range of motion (ROM) limitation that was not improving with therapy. Sicca was thoroughly examined, and Caries was found. Thorough debridement, sufficient immobilisation, and anti-tubercular treatment can all lead to excellent outcomes (ATT). Patients who severe Sicca need to be diagnosed with a high degree of suspicion. Early detection and treatment produce excellent outcomes. In our instance, ATT was recommended along with complete debridement and immobilisation for 8 weeks. Gentle physical motions were initiated at eight weeks. After six months of therapy, there were no symptoms and a respectable range of motion.
