Housing delivery techniques are critical for achieving high-quality building project outcomes. The performance of multifamily housing building projects that were completed utilising the specified delivery method was assessed. The relationship between the developed selection criteria and the evaluation findings was investigated. This procedure resulted in the creation of delivery method selection criteria that are directly connected to the performance of multifamily housing building projects. Execution-based housing delivery techniques, traditional delivery methods, and Approach-based delivery methods were used to generate the weights. The goal of this research is to look into or evaluate housing delivery techniques in Indian cities. The goal was to look at the taxonomy of home development delivery techniques on a global and Indian scale. Comparative experiments were done on the selection of the delivery method for building projects utilising various housing delivery methods, with the expectation that the weights for different housing delivery methods would assist owners in selecting delivery methods that correctly suited their demands.
