The assay of Triprolidine Hydrochloride using Sodium nitroprusside is created utilising a simple and sensitive extractive visible spectrophotometric approach.
Methods: Based on the colour development
with amino groups, the presence of a basic substance could be attributed to the
formation of an inner complex that replaces H2O with the drug's tertiary amino
group.
The coloured goods have a maximum absorption wavelength of 447 nm. In the
concentration ranges (40–240) g/ml, regression analysis of Beer–Lambert plots
revealed high correlation with correlation coefficients of 0.994. Sandell's
sensitivities are 2.6373102 (1 mole cm1), and the molar absorptivity is
1.1938104 (g cm2). The results of recovery experiments range from 99.708 to
99.786.
