Pregnancy-related hypertensive diseases are one of the primary causes of maternal and perinatal mortality globally. In pregnancy, chronic subdural hematoma is extremely rare. Intracranial haemorrhage (ICH) is a life-threatening issue that can affect both the mother and the foetus if it happens during pregnancy. Intracranial haemorrhage is frequent during pregnancy, and early detection can save the mother's life. We present a rare case of Subdural Hematoma in a pregnant woman with eclampsia, in which both the mother and the baby were released after a multidisciplinary approach and early diagnosis of the illness.
