Missing mandibular molars are disputing for rehabilitation with dentures due to their anatomical and occlusal looks. Dental implants have demonstrated a large size of success in the restorations of teeth in incompletely or completely edentulous patients. However, Categorizing and resolving design features of molars implants should help clinicians plan out and select design features that facilitate situation decisions for their patients in each dispassionate case. Clinicians should see options and, should intentionally select the most appropriate implant each specific indication established these criteria in order to develop survival and consequences. It should clearly do that implant selection unique will neither ensure success nor bring about failure in the absence of additional surgical and prosthetic considerations. macro-design looks and suggest dispassionate guidelines for choosing appropriate implants. This unit describes and discuss a case of restoration of missing two mandibular molars using implants financed crowns and a flapless surgery. It suggest dispassionate guidelines for selecting appropriate implants.
