At 303 K, the effect of sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) on the separation equilibria of L-leucine and Isoleucine was investigated at variable strengths (0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5%) of SLS liquid holding 0.16 mol dm-3 NaCl. The dissociation continuous were calculated with the help of the set up language MINIQUAD75, and the models that determined the best fit were empathized the use of crystallographic R factor,x2, irregularity, and kurtosis for the purposes of statistical study. The values of these separation constants shift in micellar medium distinguished to those in pure water. In the case of charged micelles, the disagreements in values have existed attributed to the stable characteristics of the interfacial and most phases, that include offerings from the electrostatic potential of the micelle surface. The trend of log principles of step-wise detachment constants accompanying medium composition has existed characterized utilizing electrostatic and non-electrostatic forces acting on separation equilibria. Further, species abundances, detachment dynamics, and the influence of essential factors on detachment constants are presented.
