The present study argues the anaesthetic administration of this different case and the development of the "Two Trolley Technique" for inactive positioning, a deviance from urged intubation techniques for intelligent back trauma. Due to the failure to position supinely, penetrating stress to the back presents the anaesthesiologist with abundant challenges in managing the ventilating pipe and obtaining main lines. Although earlier descriptions of sideways position intubation for the same purpose survive, it is still unfamiliar. We can confine the mobility of the stinging object and, at the same time, not differ to the uncommon rule of lateral position intubation.
