Assessing Quality of Life in Cypriot Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease | Chapter 10 | Research Developments in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 2

 The study examined the impact of idiopathic instigative bowel disease (IBD) on strength-related quality of growth (HRQoL) using the Greek Short Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire. 100 sufferers with IBD were judged. The study found that age, common, and family rank affected HRQoL in patients accompanying UC and CD. Higher HRQoL scores were observed in men, older ages in UC, wedded in CD, and CD patients discussed with organic factors. The study concluded that IBD had a negative affect HRQoL.
