Mesial Temporal Lobe Lesionectomy by Transorbital Neuroendoscopic Surgery (TONES) | Chapter 11 | Research Developments in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 3

 Transorbital Neuroendoscopic Surgery (TONES) is the method that provides a coplanar endoscopic surgical pathway for imagination and refined surgical method via a keyhole approach. It determines access to the intracranial compartment, containing the anterior cranial fossa, middle fossa, and sideways cavernous sinus, in addition to the contents of the revolution. Various surgical approaches are used for mesial temporal flap epilepsy generating lesions over period. TONES can be a good minimally obtrusive cranial surgery technique for the deportation of mesial temporal lesions.
