The User-side Perspective in Leadership and Organization of Maternal and Newborn Healthcare in Low-and Middle-Income Countries | Chapter 11 | Research Developments in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 5

The state of ill-fitness with high death in low- and middle-gains countries is not due to lack of possessions alone. The fundamental cause is the lack of the user -side perspective in guidance and organization of healthcare aids especially in maternal and new innate healthcare. The user communities are in disrepair in partnership accompanying healthcare providers and healthcare managers. The health system needs to select the Psycho-Bio-Social and Spiritual (PBSS) model of health that integrates spiritual health into healthcare. Spiritual fitness, as a combined produce of the mind, the body, the environment and the human essence, could produce comprehensive well-being; characterized by satisfaction, health and wealth for all time life. The recently conceptualized NISE theory accompanying its forms; the PBSS model, M-ACCE-SS tools, the ten-point action recipe, the moral and ethical virtues for life-changing servant guidance and partnership with consumers could specify the way forward towards realization of complete community fitness and development.
