Carcinoma Breast with Cerebellar Dysfunction Paraneoplastic Syndrome: A Rare Case Presentation | Chapter 7 | Research Highlights in Disease and Health Research Vol. 4

 We present a case of a 52-period-old female with abnormal growth in animate being breast and syndromes and signs of cerebellar dysfunction, which was later determined expected anti-YO autoantibody positive paraneoplastic disease. Paraneoplastic Syndrome, as Paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration (PCN), in abnormal growth in animate being breast is a rare system due to the autoimmune responses. The inmates’ neurological symptoms advanced in spite of a destructive agent, steroids and surgical removal of the initiating Cancer and became wheelchair bound. Despite surgical and chemotherapy situation, the patient's neurological condition diminished, indicating a poor prognosis.
