The effects of viscous dissipation on MHD are discussed in this chapter. Suction/injection and non-Newtonian fluid flow past a stretched surface. The equations driving the flow field are numerically solved using an implicit finite difference technique, and the results for velocity and temperature fields are graphically examined. The magnetic field and suction parameter both lower the fluid's velocity, as shown by the data. The impact of the velocity exponent is to raise the temperature of the fluid, which results in a rise in the Eckert number.
