In this review item, we are discussing the inception of pituitary tumors. The background is that pituitary tumors are usually present accompanying pituitary hormones hypersecretion or mass effect. Our aim with this article to show that the occurrence of pituitary tumors is high- not completely one in 10 people have it, and not completely 43 % are found remotely on imaging or on autopsy and to characterize the follow-up of pituitary microadenomas – that usually do not growth and pituitary macroadenomas that usually evolve approximately 0.6 mm/year. Also, another objective we had search out show the treatment of hormonally alive pituitary adenomas. Another goal concerning this review is to show the pathological copy factors gambling a role in the differentiation of the pituitary containers and also characterize the regulation of pituitary hormone discharge. As a conclusion we described that pituitary tumors are pretty frequently, approximately half of them are quiet, that the most prevailing secretory adenoma is the prolactinoma which is treated generally not with transsphenoidal abscission but by medications and describing modern follow-up and administration of pituitary tumors.
