Influencing Factors of Women Enrolment in Higher Education Programmes: A Study at the National Open University of Nigeria | Chapter 5 | Progress in Language, Literature and Education Research Vol. 1

The undergraduate may study at any time and wherever they pick using this somewhat demand. Women now have more approach to education as a first or second hope thanks to open and aloof learning. In order to study for a recognition, a bachelor's degree, or a college degree, many women in Nigeria have registered in the open and faraway learning programs of the National Open University of Nigeria. This study is curious in the fair of the factors that influence the enrolment of girls into higher education programmes of the National Open University of Nigeria. The study is a explanatory survey design. Four research questions guided the study. The study likewise revealed that the girls were faced accompanying two major challenges that is to say; combining their studies accompanying family blames, and lack of enough computer abilities. Suggestions were made on by what method to ameliorate the challenges, so concerning encourage more wives to embrace open and email.
