The Diagnostic Dilemma of Early Repolarisation Pattern in a patient with Ischemic Chest Pain- a benign Culprit | Chapter 5 | Advanced Concepts in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 2

 Early Repolarisation Pattern (ERP) is an parasol term that refers to ST-Segment elevation in the dearth of chest pain, terminal QRS insulting, or terminal QRS notch. In patients accompanying angina or anginal equivalents accompanying ERP pattern on ECG(Electrocardiograph), the diagnostic crisis of ERP masking blood deficiency vs. non-cardiac chest pain cause can stumble further workup. We present a case of a 40-year-traditional male with risk determinants of smoking and dyslipidemia bestowed with afflictions of typical anginal rib cage pain. On primary judgment he was found to have an Early repolarisation pattern in ECG, regardless of having a usual 2D Echo and negative cardiac biomarkers, His CAG revealed alone container disease in the Left Circumflex coronaries. After revascularisation, the patient presented both angiographic and indicative improvement.
