Lie’s Infinitesimal Continous Similarity Transformtion Method of Finding Particulr Solutions of Partial Differential Equations and It’s Limitations | Chapter 3 | Research and Applications Towards Mathematics and Computer Science Vol. 5

 Lie’s unending infinitesimal similarity renewal method of finding exact answers of nonlinear partial differential equatings widely using in Theoretical Physics and Fluid Dynamics .The disadvantages of this method is, limited to a class of particular solutions and there can exist other particular answers outside this class . So, in most cases Lie’s continuous small similarity revolution method fails to get general solutions of nonlinear incomplete differential equations.
