This research proposed to investigate the predominance and morphological variations of torus palatinus while testing gender and age-accompanying differences within the populace of Karachi, a bustling cosmopolitan city in Pakistan.Methodology: A cross-sectional study was transported at Bahria University Health Sciences Campus (BUHSC), Karachi, using a non-probability availability sampling plan. The presence of tori was determined through dispassionate examination and touch, with their shapes categorized as flat, pivot, or nodular. Data study was performed utilizing Statistical Package for Social Science version 23, employing the Chi-square test to survey gender and age friendships with tori prevalence. A importance level of P < 0.05 was adopted.Results: Among the 1,203 cases screened, 141 (11.7%) shown torus palatinus. The study revealed a higher predominance among men (53.9%) and a dominance in the 31-60 years exclusive informal network (47.5%) with a meaningful P-value of 0.000. An study of torus palatinus shapes by gender indicated that flat tori were more repeated in both men and females, with a important P-value of 0.015.Conclusion: Torus Palatinus, a exceptional bony exostosis inside the oral cavity, exhibits in distinctive shapes and patterns in spite of being an asymptomatic anatomical variation. The predominance of torus palatinus varies considerably with respect to age and gender.
