Based on the "Knowledge Network" Literature, the Research Status of the Development of Old-age Care for Patients with Mental Disorders was Analyzed | Chapter 6 | Advanced Concepts in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 2

 Objective: To resolve the study of pension for patients accompanying mental disorders and inquire a more suitable pension model for inmates with insane disorders.Methods: A total of 135 literatures were classified and analyzed from August 11, 1970 to November 17, 2022 in the table of China National Knowledge Network. The knowledge plan was drawn and the research context was catalogued out from the facets of literature temporal classification, spatial classification, research hotspot and evolutionary trend, so concerning reveal the research rank and development trend engaged of pension for cases with mental disorders, laying a hypothetical foundation for the first-rate development of pension style for special groups accompanying mental disorders.Results: According to the temporal dispersion of the literature, 135 literatures complicated 20 disciplines, 41 papers, 2 news articles, 40 authors, 13 research levels and 20 research organizations. From the perspective of research hotspots and evolutionary currents in the literature, the keywords "restriction pension, pension organizations, patients accompanying mental disorders" play a fundamental role in the active evolution of research materials in the field of mental disorder retirement account model, and promote the variety of research topics over time.Conclusion: There are scarcely any researches on old-age take care of patients with insane disorders, which are still in the preliminary stage and have not yet made a sustainable and resistant research theme. In recent age, keywords such as the mixture of medical care, community take care of the elderly, and astute care for the elderly have enhance prominent and the number of accompanying studies has further increased, as well as the bettering of the research quality in this place field. The mode of "combination of first-contact medical care and intelligent take care of the elderly" for patients accompanying mental disorders will enhance the trend of future research.
