Dry Plaster Gypsum Mixtures with Bio Plant Fillers, Studies of Their Properties | Chapter 7 | Research and Developments in Engineering Research Vol. 9

The main aims of the presented research are the development of arrangements of dry plaster mixtures accompanying low labor costs in production, the growth of compositions accompanying high energy effectiveness, the selection of optimal arrangements and implementation in essence with wider use of local natural resources. Plaster mixtures with aforementioned energy-conditional properties, forming a absorbent structure, can considerably save the amount of energy expended during the operation of houses and structures. In the science of modern finishing everything, a current trend is the development of dry plaster combinations using organic, energy-saving and local fabrics of natural inception. This article presents the results of scientific research and workshop tests of the properties of dry gypsum combinations with biography-plant micro fillers. Using the procedure of full-determinant mathematical experimental preparation, the optimal compositions of thick plaster mixtures secondhand for interior walls of buildings were grown. As a result, mathematical models of optimal arrangements with extreme adhesion strength of these stuffs were created. The results of the adhesiveness strength of the plaster mortar to miscellaneous surfaces are presented, which is individual of the promising districts in the field of dry construction. The influence of concerning details and ingredient factors on the sticking properties of plaster combinations was studied and regression equatings for input changeable factors were compiled.
