Impact of Temperature on the Effectiveness of Solar Photovoltaic Panels | Chapter 5 | Research and Developments in Engineering Research Vol. 3

The present study learns the power output and effectiveness due to hotness increase by experimental method. Future strength sources will generally come from solar energy. Many instruments are used to collect solar energy and revolutionize it into usable forms of strength. The promising technology for changing solar radiation into electrical strength is solar PV (photovoltaic) panels. The prejudiced portion of solar energy may be convinced into electricity staying in the form heat energy. Solar PV panel acting varies with hotness increase. The PV panel hotness has effect on power and voltage. Due to increase of hotness, the photovoltaic solar cells effectiveness may be cut down. Additionally, the panel's lifespan will be diminished. This study used an experiment accompanying a 50W solar PV panel in a absolute outdoor environment to analyze how heat strength from solar radiation in the form of temperature influences the efficiency of cosmic panels.
