In this stage, GC-MS and qualitative designs have both happened used to assess the phytochemical elements of Solanum incanum L leaves. The phytochemicals in the petroleum heavenly, methanol, and ethanol extract of Solanum incanum L leaves were intentional using a smoke chromatograph (GC) SHIMADZU QP2010 system and vapor chromatograph interfaced to a bulk spectrometer (GC-MS) outfitted accompanying an Elite-1 fused silica blood vessel column. The compounds were divided by using helium as the a ship that carries airplanes gas at a neverending flow rate of 1.51ml/min. Software named GC MS solution ver. 2.53 was used to manage bulk spectra and chromatograms. According to preliminary research, skilled are carbohydrates, coumarins, flavonoids, phenols, steroids, and phytosteroids present. Twelve components were in the direction of the petroleum heavenly, ethanol, and intoxicating extract of Solanum incanum L, according to the results of the GC-MS study. The major synthetic constituents are Docosahexaenoic acid, 1,2,3 propanetriyl heavenly (Retention Time9.18), Ergoline-8-carboxylic acid, 10-methoxy-6-methyl-methyl ester, (8a) (Retention Time10.63), Ascorbic acid 2,6-dihexadecanoate (Retention Time11.9), Propanoic acid, 2-(3-acetoxy-4,4, 14 trimethylandrost-8-en-17-yl) (Retention Time 12.44). Understanding the nature of the alive components in this place plant begins with a GC-MS study concerning this kind. Future research and the search for novel cures depend on the seclusion of specific bioactive elements and the biological exercise of those components.
