A Case Study on Students’ Knowledge of, and Attitudes toward, Mentoring at the Master’s Program in Health and Hospital Administration | Chapter 1 | Research Highlights in Language, Literature and Education Vol. 9

The Master's Program in Health and Hospital Administration juniors' attitudes and information about mentoring were being judged. The practice of mentoring is depicted as one at which point the mentor assists the mentee in developing independently or professionally. For the skilled and carefully prepared administrators wanted to oversee the expeditiously increasing administration health aids in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, there aren't many advisership programs available. This is a cross-divided survey, design study, conducted at King Saud container Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The participants were juniors enrolled in the master’s program. The ranges of the questionnaire were head count, knowledge about advising, understanding of mentoring, understanding toward mentoring, stance toward mentoring, occurrence with mentoring, and the need of advising. A Likert scale was used to measure responses. 85% of the 120 undergraduates that were surveyed countered. 92% of respondents pronounced that mentoring is an productive way to help society reach their potential in the attitude classification. The average age was 304 years, 75.5% of the shareholders were female, 36% had successfully achieved at least two semesters, and 92% marked a critical need for advisership in the master's program. Mentorship is thought-out an important underutilized instructional tool, that has great potential if achieved properly. Our academy masters’ students illustrated a need for mentoring that we trust is a good platform to plan future growth of mentor- ship programs.
