The  “judgment”  of the Quality of Universities occupies a central place in the governmental-educational timetable. However, although “statistics” had connection with the education and usage system abound, skilled are few “integrative” empirical cases, with roomy spatial and temporal inclusion, that show the quantitative factors and approximate dimensions that impact the courses of university students, in their levels of academy and occupational realization (objective and subjective) as well as in their private, professional and even institutional identity. Since 1994, me develops completing studies in this line. Two investigations are bestowed here, one accompanying graduates and the other individual, with students the one extend their studies. The objective search out describe and/or explain (all-inclusive level) and understand (qualitative level) the “reasons” or “insane-social processes” fundamental the “figures” of the educational system in allure articulation with the creative system guide quality. The adopted methods, sui generis, contains three levels of analysis – macro-social, institutional and individual micro in maintained interaction or response –, according to the author's hypothesis. In both research a different methods is use and different determinants are analyzed. The used methods are semi-organized survey, tests, interviews and lexicometric analysis. The results show which determinants have the greatest impact on two together samples in the level of university and work accomplishment, in their professional careers and in terms of similarity. Likewise, convergences and divergences of problems may be visualized in both groups. The study supplies elements to decision creators to introduce changes intentionally continuous improvement.
