Development of the Technological Foundations of High - Speed Energy-Efficient Building Systems and Structures in the Conditions of Iraq | Chapter 11 | Research and Developments in Engineering Research Vol. 3

Construction still create extensive use of monolithic construction systems as the basic system. A threaded relates of precast concrete processions is proposed, that can be used to connect fundamentals of prefabricated buildings and buildings. The contact-screw link consists of an upper and lower pillar; both have cylindrical extrinsic steel clothing in the end section. Eight fortify rods are welded to the baseplate of the cylindrical base of the upper and lower parts. The substance of the column's network is determined by ensuring the broadcast of axial loads and torque in the joint when delve into and wrinkling that may happen between connected processions. The structural characteristics of the related columns were persistent in accordance with the requirements of the guidelines. By means of the necessary calculations for the pressure connection of pillars made of precast factual (steel-reinforced factual, pipe concrete), the equivalent rigidity and strength were rooted. Also, an innovative technology of lifeless assembly of erect elements in volume-block plan is proposed, which will admit creating a construction with the maximum possible strength-efficient design of fully massed buildings. The results presented that it is possible to reduce mechanics processes by up to 50%, and this leads to a reduction in costs and occasion. The conducted study of the dry machinelike column - column joint established precast reinforced factual and passive congregation of prefabricated elements in the book-block system confirmed the likelihood of its secondhand in construction in Iraq.
