This episode aims to synthesize and judge the anthelmintic activity (AA) of novel benzothiazole derivatives holding indole moieties (BDIM). The substituted isatin Schiff bases in the current research are acetylated and then respond with 2-aminobenzothiazole to produce new BDIM. All the newly combined molecules (5a-5o) were from Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, H1_nuclear attractive resonance, and bulk spectral study along with physical dossier. The biological potentials of recently synthesised compounds are evaluated for their AA using an Indian earthworm (Pheretima posthuma), accompanying albendazole serving as standard drug. The artificial compounds 5f, 5n, and 5o shown good AA, whereas additional compounds displayed conspicuous activities.
