This item was written afterwards “women’s surgeon luncheon meeting” was arranged by European Society of Gynecological Endoscopy (ESGE) during their annual colloquium in August 2019 at Thessaloniki, Greece. As creators and innovators of new surgical methods and procedures or as subscribers to already-existing one, women have forever been an basic facts of the art. However, they have had to overcome difficulties in preparation and gaining acknowledgment because of feminine biases. To our knowledge, there were as well 50% men in the hearing despite the fact that there were only female speakers at this intersection. This article argues the difficulties mothers have faced in becoming pioneers in the fields of cure and art. Women face more barriers than men do, for a type of reasons, including the patriarchal association's bias against women, the physical burden of childbirth, and friendly expectations that mothers concede possibility be the primary carers.Women have reach a long way and we narrate the knowledge of the women as surgeons and as experts. Prof Liselotte Mettler was crowned accompanying the honorary membership of Berlin obstetrics and Gynecological organization in the same corridor where the hearing, once, was addressed as “Gentlemen” as skilled were no women in the noble audience before. This progressive and optimistic item will acts as a spokesperson for girls in all elds from all over the experience.
