 Following an deterioration approach, it was attainable to explain a universal character of the flow of warm and energetic strengthes as flow electromagnetic waves of various potentials. According to specific approach, it was likely reduce the usual definitions of the photovoltaic and thermoelectric belongings. It was likely to find the photovoltaic effect and thermoelectric effect as changing the warm potential of the occurrence fallout or electromagnetic waves of warm potential into electromagnetic waves of energetic potential or flow of energetic charges by a Seebeck effect.
