Determining the Model of Nuclear | Chapter 7 | Newest Updates in Physical Science Research Vol. 4

 The formation of all nuclei is thought to begin with the formation of a helium nucleus. All subsequent elements' nuclei are made up of a chain of helium nuclei. They are both constrained to have a binding energy equal to the energy of separating the nucleus of helium. The helium chain nuclei coagulate into a ball.
