The Main Factors, Modern Conditions and Directions of the Creation of Architectural Environment| Chapter 2 | Recent Developments in Engineering Research Vol. 12

The subject of this study is the definition of the numerous factors and conditions of sustainable development as a paradigm for shaping space in the twenty-first century. The goal of this research is to identify and analyze the modern conditions and impacts of architectural environment creation in order to determine the main directions and tasks of architectural development at the appropriate hierarchical levels. The proposal conducts a comprehensive review and structural analysis of all impact factors and different current conditions that lead to the sustainable architecture design. The main groups of factors and conditions, such as social-economical, natural-geographic, urban, ergonomics, ecological, typological, technical, cultural, and aesthetics, are determined by their current specifics. The distinct influence of various conditions of modern sustainable development was identified. This analysis allows you to define the appropriate hierarchical levels of modern trends and the prospects for creating an effective, attractive, and friendly architectural design. environment. The article includes some examples of the author's projects and implementations. Such a methodological approach will aid in the creation of a holistic view of the architectural environment's creation, allowing for the systematization of existing knowledge and concepts, practices, and prospects for the means and methods of its formation and development.
