LEDs have interchanged the florescent lamps engaged of solid state ignition at a rapid rate. They have higher strength efficiency, lower heat era, improved color interpretation and longer age without utilizing harmful chemical compound. LEDs can switch to different light intensity at a faster rate. This excellent advantage of LEDs has happened leading to a new ideas technology popular as Visible Light Communication. This paper provides a particularized survey of Visible Light Communication system, allure characteristics and applications. The draw backs of the habit of LEDs in the vehicle to tool communication were overcome by Li-Fi electronics. The application of LI-Fi electronics in V-to-V communication is further discussed.
