Susac disease(SS) is a rare autoimmune related affliction, of obscure aetiology, identified for one triad of encephalopathy with or outside focal affecting animate nerve organs signs, hearing loss and arm retinal artery occlusions.New research studies have too confirmed increased occurrence of SS perhaps because of more knowledge and better techniques to determine the disease. The use of the recommended non obtrusive diagnostic processes like SD-OCT, MRI ,OAEs and VEMPS will led to early detection of secret changes resulting in early administration thus lowering the risk of complexity.
