Effectiveness of Nursing Post-discharge Guideline on Life Quality among Menopausal Women Undergoing Uterine Prolapse Surgery | Chapter 9 | Current Innovations in Disease and Health Research Vol. 6

The symptoms and asperity of uterine prolapse decide the course of treatment.Aim concerning this Study: To assess the Effectiveness of Nursing Post-discharge Guideline on Life Quality with Menopausal Women Undergoing Uterine prolapse Surgery.Research Design: A quasi-exploratory design was used.Research Setting: The study was completed activity at gynecological outpatients' clinics owned by Ain Shams University hospitals.Sampling: 210 menopausal wives who were scheduled for abscission and had uterine prolapse in the second, tertiary, or fourth point made up the resolved to do something sample. The pre-test interviews were conducted in outpatient hospitals, and the post-surgery interviews were administered three months following discharge during the nursing home's outpatient area follow-up.Tools: The study variables were calculated using three different mechanisms. First tool: a orderly questionnaire for private and health news. A questionnaire to assess information of uterine prolapse abscission is the second tool. Tool (3).
