Thic stage presents an inventory of the exercises of the elderly before and afterwards retirement. Retirement has been acknowledged as a critical critical juncture in determining recreational activity behaviors in infirmity. Retirement may therefore present an main ‘window’ for guide interventions to advance increases in, or maintenance of, overall entertainment levels. The paper is part of a larger study that aims to capture the changes that earlier people face before and following in position or time retirement and to capture habits in which earlier people adapt to these changes. The interview is the form used in dossier collection and the results are acquired from the qualitative study of the data: inventory of answers, their categorization into categories, systematize of answers and their interpretation. After retreat, the type and schedule of activities have sustained a significant change, and the vindication of the elderly with these ventures varies contingent upon their health issues, commercial situation, and connections with their families. Most of the retired people consulted say that they try to stay alive and satisfy their desires even though it is more difficult for them on account of their health condition. They devote effort to something helping and advocating the family, and they feel excellent satisfaction when it comes to allowance them. The vindication of the elderly concerning the activities completed activity is related to the freedom they have when achievement these activities and to the recognition they receive.
