The aim concerning this study is to explore the rank of flow experience in recreation and life delight among undergraduates, and analyze the friendship between these two variables. Seven hundred and eighty-seven undergraduates (377 men and 410 females) are selectd by layered random sampling from 7 universities in Guangdong Province. They are examined with Leisure Flow Experience Questionnaire (LFEQ) and Life Satisfaction Scale for Youth (YLSS). The survey results display the following three points. First, the total scores of LFEQ and YLSS are (161.73±19.81) and (174.45 ± 26.50), respectively. Sceond, the total score, measure and sub-measure scores of each scale are significantly correlated in twos (r = .085 to .412, P <.05). Third, the total score of YLSS is definitely related to the followong 5 determinants like unity of information and action, balance between challenge and ability, concentration, academic accomplishment, and family financial status (β =.227, .115, .098, .158, .082, P < .05); while “liking to sleep late unhurriedly” is negatively compared with YLSS total score (β =-. 097, P <.05); the scores of following 4 determinants such as unity of information and action, aggregation, academic performance and classification economic rank are positively related to pride of YLSS (β = .286, .126, .194, .096, P<.01); while “liking to sleep late not busy” is negatively compared with self-satisfaction of YLSS (β =-. 091, P <.01); The following 4 determinants like unity of information and action, balance 'tween challenge and skill, father’s occupation, taste to self-study at leisure are absolutely related to incidental satisfaction of YLSS (β = .198, .131, .075, .073, P <.05); whlie “liking to sleep late unoccupied” and gender are in another way correlated to surroundings satisfaction of YLSS (β =-. 094, -.091, P<.01). It is accordingly suggested that life vindication of undergraduates needs to improve. Flow happening in leisure, types of recreation activities, gender, academic and kin factors (in the way that family business-related status and father’s occupation) can be related determinants of college juniors’ life satisfaction.
