A order of 3-(p-substituted phenylazo)-6-pyridone dyes that can be used to dye polyester structures are created, and its combination is discussed. Various solvent were used to analyse the dyes' visible absorption ranges, and it was discovered that the compounds liquid displayed an evenness between hydrazone and common anion. The photoelectric absorption ranges cover a λmax range of 404 -464 nm in DMF at uniformly extreme absorption force between 5.33 × 104 - 8.55 × 104 l•mol–1•cm–1 and gave sunny intense hues of yellow to combination of red and yellow on polyester fabrics. The dyes have excellent exhaustion between 72% and 79% for polyester structures, are more intense, and have excellent fastness properties on polyester textures, according to calculations of the colour parameters of the dyed matters. The extraordinary level of levelness and shine after washing indicate good penetration and strong similarity of these dyes for the polyester fabric.
