This paper considers how the television, in this case The Jakarta Post, represents the Omnibus Law in allure article labeled “Omnibus Law Boosts Indonesian Growth Prospects”. The study mainly covers the data processing machine level analysis, that is to say in the macrostructure, microstructure, and superstructure aspects utilizing the qualitative explanatory research method and the atheneum research method. In the macrostructure, the focus act the headline and lead of the news article. In the microstructure, five language rules tools, that is to say evidentiality, consensus, instance/illustration, performer description, and number game, are employed in resolving the data. In the tall building, the text is detached into five different schematic types so that the study can deal more with the institution of ideas. The verdicts show that in the macrostructure, the data constructs a all-encompassing topic that “The Omnibus Law gives Indonesia few improvements in the financial aspect, particularly in the business climate and labor advertise flexibility, in the hope of seizing the international competitiveness,” that puts the law in a positive light. Moreover, through the use of five language rules tools, the Omnibus Law is described positively. In conditions of the superstructure, the comment classification becomes the most outstanding category secondhand by the biographer, through which the beneficial representation of the Omnibus Law is revealed. Hence, the Omnibus Law’s beneficial representation is usually seen through the macrostructure, microstructure, and constructed dwelling aspects.
